Sachin Agarwal, founder and CEO of Posterous, promoted the growth of his company with great vision and strategy. He openly admits that he drew his inspiration from companies such as Apple, Audi and Amazon. Posterous was founded after his stint for 6 years with Final Cut Pro, Apple to make sharing pictures, stories and videos with other people more feasible. Posterous is a simple blogging platform started in May 2008 that supports integrated and automatic posting to other social media tools such as Flickr, Twitter, and Facebook, a built-in Google Analytics package, and custom themes.

Sachin spent a lot of time as an entrepreneur in the L.A family restaurant, where he learnt how to balance the books, as well as help out in the kitchen. In 2002, he graduated in Computer Science from Stanford University. Recently, Sachin headed Blueleaf.com as the Director of Marketing. The web application in this financial advisory application uses private alpha. Sachin designed the entire pre-launch marketing campaign for consumers and implemented it successfully by including content creation, a sound referral/seeding strategy and search engine optimization. He also paid acquisition and supervised the SEM.

His aim was to experience city life in New York. He made trips to all the big restaurants and bars and made sure he covered most of the city events. He will make sure he has no regrets that he did not do something when he leaves New York. Fortunately, he had the wherewithal to experience New York because of the fortune he had amassed.

Sachin started Posterous, which is a company that is based on most of the things he is passionate about, such as photography and blogging. His earlier days were spent blogging on iSachin.com and dreaming up new vistas. His company can be called a success story because they try to solve problems that most people are not capable of solving.

The site iSachin.com will remain but there will be no more updates. This is because he no longer works for the “I” brand company.
